I am able to do 5 story buildings. But i mainly focus on 4 story and below. As the 5th story is more difficult. Especially when it is windy.
Pure water window cleaning method is used. Which provides a major improvement in work safety. For the client and the operator. As well there is no need for a lift which can tear up the property landscaping. Including the fees involved with the rental, drop and pickup fees.
I can probably do the window cleaning for the entire 4 story property. Just for the cost of the rental, drop and pickup fees alone.
This is not a nose to glass cleaning. As with traditional methods with ladders or lifts.
Operator can move and adjust equipment and approach. Based on the conditions needed for the job. Vehicles, landscaping and obstacles. Or other requirements the customer needs. My pole system lets me move and adapt to conditions and the property involved. Which has made me able to have zero accidents or property damage in 14 years.
