Why a new build takes two cleans
New construction takes at least two cleans. The first removes what the build leaves on the glass. The second brings the glass to where it should be. We explain this before the first visit, so you know what to expect.
- Outside, from the ground We use pure water on a pole, on homes up to 3 stories and commercial buildings up to 5.
- Inside, by hand We use a professional, non-toxic window soap from a spray bottle.
Walls of glass on new homes
New homes around Tulsa often have gable walls and doors of glass from floor to ceiling. We clean them from the ground with pure water on a pole, and by hand inside. In 14 years we have had no accidents and no property damage.

New construction window cleaning questions
When should the clean be scheduled?
The best time is after the builders and other trades are finished, so their dust does not settle on clean glass.
Do you clean remodels too?
Yes. We clean the new windows in a remodel the same way as in a new build.
How is it priced?
We price per window and adjust for height, access and the condition of the glass. More in what window cleaning costs in Tulsa.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve the Tulsa metro, including Broken Arrow, Jenks, Bixby, Owasso, Sand Springs, Sapulpa, Glenpool, Claremore and Coweta, and usually work within about 60 miles of Tulsa.
